CA Pratik Rathi holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He began his professional journey with Reliance Industries Limited, gaining hands-on experience in Indirect Taxation and SAP system upgrades.
His core expertise lies in structuring tax-efficient business models, advising on complex GST and Indirect Tax matters, product costing, and identifying profit improvement opportunities. Pratik is adept at developing and implementing robust tax strategies, systems, and controls that enhance compliance, create value, and drive operational efficiency. Known for his analytical acumen and critical thinking, he brings deep insight into the evolving Goods & Services Tax (GST) framework in India.

CA Darshan Nawalkishor Kabra is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also a certified expert in Concurrent Audit of Banks and other ICAI-certified courses.
